For Sobha Stars, we delivered a full entertainment experience designed to celebrate the people behind one of Dubai’s leading luxury real estate developers. Sobha has publicly positioned employee recognition as an important part of its culture, including major staff bonus programmes in recent years.
Our scope included more than 60 talents on ground, a large 30 dancer fusion flashmob, themed roaming acts, musicians, and live bands. The entertainment was created to make the celebration feel energetic, emotional, and worthy of the team being recognized.
